Saima Sharif is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of XecTech Recruitment, a digital recruitment agency specialising in hiring for technology and senior executive roles, headquartered in Islamabad and operating across Pakistan, the UAE and global markets.
With over 15 years of leadership experience in Human Resources, Talent Strategy and Organisational Development, Saima brings strategic insight, commercial clarity and an outcomes-led mindset to modern hiring challenges. She has supported organisations of varying scale in building high-performance teams, strengthening leadership capability, and aligning people strategy with business outcomes.
Saima holds a BA (Hons) in Business Information Management, a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Her academic foundation, combined with deep practical experience in talent ecosystems, enables her to design disciplined search frameworks that reduce hiring risk and deliver measurable impact.
