With a bachelor’s degree in Fashion & Design and a natural eye for detail and presentation, Aaisha brings a unique perspective to talent assessment. Her expertise lies in elevating how candidates represent themselves — from refining CVs to shaping interview readiness — ensuring professionals present their experience confidently, clearly and in alignment with current market expectations.
